Hare and Tortoise is an outdoor exercise group for all levels, ages and abilities. Workouts will be tailored to your level whether you are a beginner (tortoise) or more advanced (hare).

Utilising a mixture of cardiovascular exercise (to raise your heart rate) and strength exercises (to gain lean muscle mass), we will tone your body, get you fit and help you lose weight or reshape your body.
