We believe that the best way to get results is by attending on a regular basis. This enables you to get to know both your class colleagues and your instructor as well as improving your technique and well being.
We use an informal approach where you are encouraged to input to the session and be interactive with the instructor. This ensures we obtain the best results for each individual within a class environment, and you experience maximum enjoyment from your exercise.Class Booking
We operate a booking system to enable you to guarantee your place each week. Classes can be booked individually, or in blocks of 5, 10 or 20. There is flexibility within this so if you have dates you can't make, do let us know at least a week in advance and we can offer your place to someone else.
If you prefer to book on a week by week basis simply register to receive the weekly newsletter which lists the following weeks availability.
You can purchase a block without specifying dates if that suits your schedule enabling you to take advantage of the discounted class rate yet maximising flexibility. You can check our availability page
