We believe First Aid Training is an essential life skill and so we offer Emergency First Response training for "Appointed Persons" in the workplace and "Care for Children" for anyone involved with babies and young people. More information can be found here.
The Studio Nutritionists offer a variety of healthy ways to lose weight and then maintain the loss for a long term solution to your weight issues. This is most effective with a monthly session at The Studio backed up by email support on a weekly basis.
