The Studio classes are small and friendly, usually about 6 people sometimes only 2 but never more than 9.
All our classes are tailored to the participants and how they are feeling at the time. We use an informal environment where you are encouraged to input to the session and be interactive with the instructor. This ensures we obtain the best results for each individual within a class environment, and you experience maximum enjoyment from your exercise..
We are continually updating our knowledge base through training and study. As new techniques become available we will introduce relevant elements into the class. We will often combine exercises and knowledge from a number of different methods to create the best programme for the group.
As a result of the two factors above, the precise content of all our classes varies on a weekly basis. This ensures our classes are varied, challenging, enjoyable and effective.
We are happy to run new classes tailored to specific requirements for small groups or work colleagues.
Classes can be based on Pilates, Yoga, Postural Correction, Biomechanics, Ante/Postnatal or any tailored combination, but they will always use the Functional Fitness approach.
