We are qualified to provide ante/postnatal exercise so you can safely attend any of our classes both during your pregnancy and in the postnatal period.
However, we recommend that you attend our specific ante/postnatal classes from the last trimester of your pregnancy until your baby is 6 months old.
Babies are welcome at the specific postnatal classes, which are arranged by appointment at times to suit the attendees.

- Strengthening weak abdominals.
- Exercises to repair pelvic floor muscles.
- Stretching tight back and shoulders.
- Strengthening your whole body in anticipation of the growing weight of your baby.
- Techniques for maintaining better posture.

- A faster return to your pre-pregnancy body shape.
- A reduced risk of injury from the repeated activities associated with motherhood.
